Timothy Tjhung
Partner, Development Director / ADC
Timothy Tjhung has over a decade of experience in the property industry where he has worked extensively in residential development, along with retail and commercial property.
Prior to becoming the development manager of ADC_ in February 2023, Mr Tjhung was the development manager at Hesperia where he spearheaded the launch of its first master planned community and managed projects from acquisition through to design and into delivery. He had also worked at Stockland Development for over 7 years, including 5 years as a development manager where he delivered some of Western Australia’s largest master planned communities.
Mr Tjhung holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Science, majoring in Project Management, from Curtin University.
