Timothy Rabbitt is a Certified Practicing Valuer specialising in litigation and acquisition matters, and has been involved in numerous gas, mining and powerline easement acquisition projects throughout Queensland and New South Wales. He has regularly acted as an Expert Witness in various courts and been involved in negotiations for the acquisition of properties for roads, rails, dams, mines, powerline and gas and water pipeline easements, and gas infrastructure.
Mr Rabbitt has been with Acumentis since 1992 (then Taylor Byrne) and as chief executive since September 2019. He led Taylor Byrne from 2013 until the merger with LMW in 2019, and was instrumental in the transition of the company from a partnership into a corporate structure.
Mr Rabbitt was the Queensland President of the Australian Property Institute and a member of the Valuation Board of Review for the Northern Territory, the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, the International Right of Way Association, and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
