Timothy Bartholomaeus

Mr Bartholomaeus has been with the group since 1996 commencing as a Building Designer. Since 2001 he held a number of management positions including Design and Estimating Manager, Construction Manager, Administration Manager, Premium Brands Manager and Sales & Marketing Manager. Mr Bartholomaeus was Chief Operating Officer from 2010 until his appointment as Managing Director and is a Director of the Group's Dixon Homes NSW operations.He has regularly attended Board Meetings since 2010 and has contributed to the Board's ability to navigate through a difficult period in the aftermath of the Global Financial Crisis. Mr Bartholomaeus is not and has not been a director of any other publicly listed company in the past three years.
