Tim O'Shannassy

Tim O'Shannassy is an associate in the international dispute resolution team at Squire Patton Boggs. He has also completed placements in the real estate as well as energy & natural resources teams. Whilst working in the energy & natural resources practice group, Mr O'Shannassy assisted with large-scale due diligence projects, as well as advising clients on compliance with the Corporations Act and the ASX Listing Rules. In the real estate team, Mr O'Shannassy had experience with various aspects of commercial property law and liquor licensing, as well as with project and corporate finance. He also has experience using recently introduced online conveyancing software. Mr O'Shannassy is also engaged with various pro bono clients, advising on issues ranging from corporate governance and compliance to the drafting of property leases and other agreements.
