Tim Mason

Tim Mason is a senior litigation lawyer who has a wealth of extensive and diverse experience gained in over 40 years of legal practice. He was admitted as a barrister & solicitor in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 1976 and commenced work at Jackson McDonald where he was a partner from 1981 to 2016. Mr Mason has a broad background in litigation with particular emphasis on insurance litigation, compulsory third party (motor vehicle) and other liability claims arising from personal injuries. He has also been actively involved in community and legal activities for more than 40 years.
