Tim Bult

Tim Bult joined Wesfarmers in 1999 in commercial and business development roles within Wesfarmers Energy division. He was appointed general manager, commercial in 2002, rising to general manager at Kleenheat Gas in 2005, and then managing director, Wesfarmers Energy in September 2006. He was appointed executive general manager of group business Development in July 2009, where he is responsible for leading the evaluation, assessment and progression of key investment opportunities for the Group and the assessment of major capital projects. In 2015 it was announced that he would shift from business development to a new role, where he would oversee Wesfarmers’ associated businesses, and further develop the group’s offshore business development networks. In addition, he is on the board of Quadrant Energy, a director of the West Australian Ballet and the current chairman of Wespine Industries. Tim holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mech, Hons) and an MBA from the University of Western Australia. He has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard.
