Thomas Jacobs has over 20 years of experience advising clients active in the building, construction and engineering industries. He is dual qualified in the UK and WA, and is able to offer clients the benefits of his international experience in contract drafting and dispute resolution. Mr Jacobs has assisted on the delivery of infrastructure projects in the health, transportation (including car manufacturing plants and logistics warehouses), retail (including shop fitouts and new build supermarkets), education, energy and water industries. He has advised principals, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants active in the State’s key industries of energy and mining, as well as assisting developers, not-for-profit organisations and government engaged in construction, infrastructure and engineering projects. Mr Jacobs is responsible for coordinating Jackson McDonald's vibrant pro-bono scheme and is regularly asked to deliver training and associated support to clients, as well as industry organisations active in Perth including adjudicator training for the RICS, the MBA and Consult Australia.
