Thomas Hodgson has over 9 years of professional experience in change management, stakeholder engagement and organisational design in large private and public-sector organisations. Since moving to Perth, Mr Hodgson has been delivering performance improvement consultancy services to an array of heavy industrial clients. During his previous time in Canberra, he focused on the public sector where he successfully supported a series of major transformation initiatives within the environment, defence, social services and health portfolios. Mr Hodgson was previously a performance improvement manager of EY and has held technical, policy and program delivery roles at the Clean Energy Regulator, The Department of Climate Change and Energy Efficiency, and Department of the Environment.
