Teow Kim Chng

Teow Kim Chng is a qualified accountant with many years of experience in the corporate finance, marketing and resources industry. He is the executive chair of Candlestick, a public unlisted company in Australia, and executive director of Acutus Corporate Services in Singapore and chair of Acutus (Australia). Mr Chng has also held several directorships in mining resources and resort development companies in Australia and several Asian countries. He was a partner in a management educational and training venture that delivers high level western products and services through leading international academics and thinkers to China-based senior managers and executives. Mr Chng has experience in establishing businesses, raising capital to finance those businesse, and taking them to IPO in the Australian Securities Exchange.
