Tenille Kearney has experience in corporate and commercial litigation and construction disputes. She provides advice and assists with contentious and non-contentions matters involving breach of contract, competition and consumer law, corporations law, insolvency, administrative law and intellectual property.
Ms Kearney also has experience advising on aspects of construction contracts, assisting with construction disputes in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and District Court of Western Australia, and with adjudications under the Construction Contracts Act 2004 (WA). Prior to joining Squire Patton Boggs, Ms Kearney was engaged as a sessional academic teaching Business Law to business school students at Curtin University.
