Tara Falk has experience in all operations of running a Lloyd's insurance broker, having co-founded Paragon International Insurance Brokers (a Lloyd's broker in 1996) and as chief executive for all its operations. Her broking career began at Willis prior to forming Paragon in 1996. With over 30 years of industry experience, Ms Falk has worked with insurers in Lloyd's, Europe, Bermuda and the US. Her experience focused on the financial and professional liability market, serving Fortune 1000 Companies, AMLAW Top 100 law firms, Engineering News Record Top 100 design firms, financial institutions and technology companies.
