Tamara Kayser is a senior corporate lawyer with extensive experience across a wide range of areas including corporate, M&A, joint ventures, major projects, contracts, safety, and disputes.

Ms Kayser has worked in private practice within Australia and the UK for over a decade. She is experienced in the areas of governance and compliance, with a focus on risk management.

Before joining REA Group as general counsel and company secretary in November 2020, Ms Kayser led the legal function of ASX100 company Incitec Pivot and provided legal leadership and advice to the board and senior management team at head office and business unit level.
