Takashi Araya

Takashi Araya has over 25 years of human resource experience in the Asia region.

Being an HR professional in Singapore, Mr Araya is well-versed in the current trend of work pass and labour issues. Having numerous connections with various Japanese, MNC and local companies, he also serves as a member of a wage survey committee for the Japanese Chamber of Commerce & Industry Singapore.

Mr Araya is a managing director of FIND in Singapore, a position he has held since 2017.
