Swapna Keskar

Swapna Keskar is a practitioner with Company Matters, a specialist company secretarial and governance advisory services provider.  Ms Keskar has been a member of the Company Matters' team since 2007, having performed many secondments at Company Matters’ S&P/ASX 100 clients including Lendlease, Qantas and Commonwealth Bank of Australia.  Ms Keskar was company secretary at ASX listed Ainsworth Game Technology and prior to that, was part of a specialist company secretarial services
team in India.  She is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia, The Institute of Company Secretaries and Administrators (UK), and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
