Suzette Bredell
Chief People Engagement and Capability Officer / Brightwater Care Group
Suzette Bredell has extensive experience in a wide range of areas in the people and culture discipline, including strategic human resourcing management, organisational development and business partnering. She also has significant experience in human resources systems, payroll management, talent acquisition and work, health and safety.
Prior to becoming the chief people and culture officer of Brightwater Care Group in December 2022, Ms Bredell was the people and culture services manager at the City of Perth, and had worked in resourcing across a wide variety of industries within Australia and overseas.
Ms Bredell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management, and a Post Graduate degree in Labour and Industrial Relations.
