Suzanne Shepherd has more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in the HR field. Her wealth of experience lies in translating high level business objectives into meaningful people and organisational development strategies with lasting business impact.
She has a professional background in education, law publishing and financial services.
Ms Shepherd held senior leadership positions at AAMI and Suncorp and was the head of human resources at AAMI prior to joining Maxxia.
She is a graduate of the Senior Executive Programme at London Business School.
