Susanna Durston is an internationally Certified Facilitator with specialised skills in group facilitation, strategic planning, change management, business improvement and project management. She spent over 20 years in the resources sector helping global resource companies build internal capacity, manage organisational change and achieve strategic business outcomes.
Ms Durston has worked in over 25 different functional areas during her 24-year tenure at Woodside Energy including in projects, operations, developments, new energy, corporate affairs, finance, contracts and procurement, engineering and quality. She has also mentored and coached over 100 employees in facilitation skills, and delivered training to 2000 staff on project management.
Ms Durston established Facilita Consulting in September 2021 and is its lead facilitator.
