Suresh Shet

Suresh Shet is a mining professional with over 22 years of experience ranging from exploration to new mine development including feasibility studies, mergers and acquisitions and project valuation.
Mr Shet joined Sinarmas Mining in 2011 and is an advisor to the board on various technical aspects including driving operational performance. He is an Associate Member of the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) and a Member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM). He holds a Master of Science in Geology and has broad experience in various mineral commodities. Mr Shet worked with a number of notable companies including PT Thiess Contractors Indonesia, Tata Steel and Sesa Goa while it was under the management of Ilva International, Italy and later Mitsui & Co, Japan.
