Stuart Thomas
General Counsel, Company Secretary since 2017 / Ten Network Holdings
Stuart Thomas joined Network Ten in August 2013 as general counsel and took on the additional role of company secretary in December 2016. Mr Thomas was director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs and chief operating officer at Macquarie Radio Network, and a former general counsel at Nine Network. He is also a former partner at Gilbert & Tobin and worked at Allen Allen & Hemsley. As general counsel, Mr Thomas is responsible for Ten Network’s legal and commercial arrangements, as well as sports and content right negotiations. As company secretary, he is the principal person responsible for communications with the ASX on listing rules matters.
