Stuart Gale

Stuart Gale has over 20 years of experience in the resources sector, as both a CEO and CFO. where has been involved in debt and equity capital markets together with the development of key strategic initiatives.

Prior to becoming chief financial officer of Meteoric Resources in April 2024, Mr Gale was the chief financial officer of Minerals Resources' lithium division; chief financial officer of Resolute Mining in January 2020 and interim chief executive in October 2020; group manager of corporate finance at Fortescue Metals Group (FMG) where he was responsible for its funding, risk and treasury functions; statutory, management and project accounting; budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable and investor relations programs. Prior to FMG, he held senior executive positions at Wesfarmers including as chief financial officer and general manager for group accounting.

Mr Gale has strong global relationships with banks, ratings agencies, shareholders, debt holders and investors.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, a Fellow of Leadership Western Australia, and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
