Stuart Baldwin graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1998 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Science. He also has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment (FINSIA). Mr Baldwin is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia. He is also admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and the British Virgin Islands, however is not currently practising in those jurisdictions. Mr Baldwin has broad corporate, commercial and finance experience. He also has extensive international experience, having spent a number of years working in Asia and the Caribbean. His corporate and commercial experience includes mergers and acquisitions (including statutory mergers, schemes of arrangement and takeovers), joint ventures, debt and equity capital raising, corporate restructuring, property developments and a broad range of corporate and regulatory advice. Mr Baldwin's finance experience includes syndicated and bilateral lending, acquisition financing, asset finance transactions, general corporate financing, and other secured and structured financing. His experience also includes security enforcement, workouts, receiverships, administrations and liquidations.
