Stuart A Black

Mr Black has experience in agribusiness. He is a current non-executive director of Palla Pharma Limited, a former director of NetComm Wireless Limited, Coffey International Limited, Country Education Foundation of Australia Limited, and a past President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia. He was the inaugural Chair and is a past Board Member of the Australian Accounting Professional and Ethical Standards Board. Mr Black is Chairman of the Chartered Accountants Benevolent Fund Limited. In 2012 he was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia for services to the profession of accounting, to ethical standards, as a contributor to professional organisations and to the community. He is Chairman of Risk Management Committee.
