Steven Sherman is a Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years of experience in corporate restructuring and insolvency. His experience ranges from advising on and facilitating restructuring and turnaround strategies, to the re-engineering of entire businesses. Mr Sherman is the national managing partner of Ferrier Hodgson based in Sydney. He practices in the area of financial and operational restructuring, and provides professional advice to financiers and lending syndicates as well as company boards and executives. He has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of NSW, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Restructuring and Turnaround Association.
