Steve Scott has over 50 years of experience as an industrial relations and human resources practitioner. His experience covers both industrial relations and human resources activity at senior management levels and as a consultant. Mr Scott also has broad employee relations background including advisory, managerial and practitioner roles in the areas of industrial relations strategy, advice and representation, strategic workforce planning, policy development and implementation, design and review of salary and benefits, performance management, strategic recruitment and demobilisation advice, injury management, labour co-ordination, and security. In the field of industrial relations, he has undertaken advisory, negotiation, advocacy and change management activities for major developers, operators and contractors. Mr Scott has designed and implemented employee relations and human resources management plans utilising continuous improvement, quality management, change management and performance management techniques.
