Steve Bowler advises and assists clients in resolving employment and workplace issues including redundancy, workplace disputes, contract and policy review, workplace safety and health obligations. He is experienced in mediation and conciliation for clients in unfair dismissal matters and other workplace disputes, and has represented clients in numerous formal mediation and conciliation conferences in the Fair Work Commission, the Federal Circuit Court of Australia and the WA Industrial Relations Commission. Mr Bowler acted and appeared for clients in major workplace-related litigation, including workplace safety prosecutions, in the WA Magistrates Court, the District Court of WA, the Supreme Court of WA and the Federal Court of Australia.
