Stephen Targett

Stephen Targett has extensive experience in running bank divisions, governance, strategy, transformation, mergers and acquisitions.
Mr Targett was chief executive of National Australia Group in Europe and ANZ Japan; and held directorships at Clydesdale Bank, Yorkshire Bank, Northern Bank, National Irish Bank, and National Bank of New Zealand. He was also the chief executive responsible for the successful merger of RACQ and QT Mutual Bank to form RACQ Bank.
Mr Targett is the only Australian elected to the board of New York-based International Swaps and Derivatives Association.
