Stephen Sweeney
General Manager - Maintenance, Chief Operating Officer / SMS Mining Services
Stephen Sweeney has over a decade of experience in heavy machinery maintenance and repair. He completed his apprenticeship as a heavy diesel mechanic at Westrac and is a graduate of the senior managers program. Mr Sweeney joined SMS Mining Services in 2013 and has been involved in leading the maintenance division. During his time at SMS, he has progressed through the business as HD Mechanic, GM of Maintenance, and most recently chief operating officer of SMS Mining Services.
