Stephen Maitland

Stephen Maitland OAM has over 45 years of experience in the banking and finance industry with wide-ranging knowledge in strategic planning, businesses in transition, risk management and corporate governance.

He was chief executive of the Queensland Office of Financial Supervision, and a Statutory Authority that supervised Queensland’s non-bank financial institutions.

Mr Maitland is the principal of Delphin Associates, a business consultancy specialising in strategic planning, risk management, corporate governance and business transition. He also has over 15 years of experience as a non-executive company director.
