Mr Barry has been a key player in the development of the strategic direction of the Company. As a practicing solicitor he has extensive experience in joint venture and farmin agreements together with a wealth of knowledge on commercial law and corporate litigation. Stephen has held no other Australian listed company directorships during the past three financial years. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
