Siobhan Nims

Siobhan Nims is a skilled criminal lawyer, having spent considerable time in the north-west working for Legal Aid and the Aboriginal Legal Service, as well as Legal Aid and a private practice in Perth. Ms Nims is a passionate advocate with experience representing clients at trial, sentencing, in restraining order matters and in the Children’s Court. Admitted to practice in both the WA Supreme Court and the High Court of Australia in 2010, she has practiced in civil and criminal litigation, and has also advised and represented clients in court with respect to restraining orders, traffic matters, coronial matters, and criminal appeals.
