Simone O'Brien founded Western Australian childcare provider Treasured Tots Early Education in 2011, at the age of 22. She had completed her Diploma in Children’s Services and had been working in early education for several years when she spotted a gap in the market for a quality childcare option which offered families a 'home away from home'.  Treasured Tots has since expanded to five operations in Fremantle, Mandurah, Bibra Lake, Piara Waters and Hamersley.   Ms O'Brien's husband has also joined her in the business.
