Simone Blank

Simone Blank has served on the boards of several private healthcare companies since 2013.

From May 2006 to October 2013, Ms Blank was a board member of Sirona Dental Systems, a dental technology manufacturer previously listed on Nasdaq. From July 1999 to October 2013, she was the executive vice president and chief financial officer of Sirona. Prior to July 1999, Ms Blank was an engagement manager in the merger and acquisition transaction group of PwC after having gained global financial experience as a certified public accountant and tax advisor.

She is the co-owner of a private investment company and holds a Master of Economics from the University of Duisburg.
