Simon Yan

Simon Xing Yan has over 30 years of senior level management experience in the international mining trade. He was part of the management team of China National Minerals and Metals Import & Export Corporation (MINMETALS). Mr Yan migrated to Western Australia where he established numerous import export businesses. He developed a number of commercial properties including “Woodsons” (formerly Parry’s Department Store) in Fremantle and Huntingdale Village Shopping Centre. Mr Yan was also a licensed real-estate agent for nearly 20 years, which provided him with a deep knowledge of the Western Australian property market.
