Simon White
Simon White is a maritime expert at Australian Mines and Metals Association (AMMA), advising members operating in the vessel, offshore drilling, diving, ROV and dredging industries. This includes assisting with the coordination of work scopes for the Gorgon and Ichthys LNG Projects, and the renegotiation of offshore vessel and related enterprise agreements.

Mr White is working with a range of overseas contractors on strategies relating to vessel and facility movements to Australia and related complex visa and migration options.

He is an experienced individual with strong capacity across all components of human resources, employee relations and general business. He is also able to communicate at all levels and has experience working with clients across a wide range of industries and sectors. Mr White also has 20 years of experience working for employer associations in the field of employee relations with a strong focus on strategic IR.

He holds a Masters in Human Resource Management and a Business degree with a double major in Industrial Relations and Management.

Being a Cert IV Workplace Trainer and Assessor enables Mr White to present and measure training on human resource and employee relations issues on behalf of AMMA as a Registered Training Organisation.
