Simon Taskunas has significant international experience in high-end real estate transactions, and renewable energy and infrastructure projects, gained from over 25 years of working on both the advisory and client sides in Australia and Asia. 

He regularly advises owners, developers, fund managers, and government clients on major development projects and investment transactions. 

This includes all property classes involving freehold, strata, and Crown land, and through the entire asset lifecycle: investment structuring and capital partnerships, acquisitions, joint ventures, disposals, developments, leasing, and workouts.

Mr Taskunas is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD).
