Simon Rear has broad experience in corporate advisory including shareholder requisitions and board spills, private and public M&A, and equity capital markets in both Australia and the UK. He advised in connection with takeovers, schemes of arrangement and private M&A transactions. He has also advised on a number of fundraisings including IPOs, rights issues and placements acting for both issuers and underwriters. Mr Rear is an expert in corporate governance and regularly presents on corporate governance issues including at the Governance Institute.
