Simon O'Loughlin is the founder of O'Loughlins Lawyers. He has extensive experience in the corporate and commercial law fields while practising in Sydney and Adelaide. He served as president of the Save the Children Fund (SA Division). Mr O'Loughlin was involved in the listing and back-door listing of numerous companies on the ASX and Newcastle Stock Exchange. For many years, he has practiced in Sydney and Adelaide in the corporate and commercial fields with, in more recent times, a particular focus on the resources sector. He is a Legal Practitioner with over 26 years experience as a corporate and commercial solicitor. Mr O'Loughlin held extensive involvement in the mining industry especially in relation to the formation, structuring and listing of small to medium sized companies. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and a Law Society Certificate of Law.
