Simon Monaghan is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, and director of cost management at Turner & Townsend's Western Australia office since May 2018.
Mr Monaghan joined Turner & Townsend in May 2015 and is part of the WA management team, leading its real estate and infrastructure teams to provide cost, contract and commercial management services across 14 sectors. Prior to that, he spent over 11 years with Doig & Smith in their UK offices, as a senior quantity surveyor and associate.
