Simon Fermanis is PKF's senior audit partner in Perth and is responsible for managing the Audit & Assurance team of the firm. His specific responsibilities include managing an audit client base operating in a range of industries and ensuring key performance indicators for the division are achieved.
Mr Fermanis has over 20 years of accounting and commerce experience across a diverse range of experience in external audit and has been responsible for the audit of large multi-site corporations, mining and exploration, large construction, retail and manufacturing companies, stockbroking firms, agricultural and not for profit entities.
He specialises in preparing Investigating Accountants Reports for listings on TSX and ASX, as well as preparing due diligence investigations for business acquisitions in a range of industries.
Mr Fermanis is registered with the Canadian Public Accountability Board (CPAB), which enables him to provide audit services to Canadian listed entities and Australian companies currently listed, or contemplating listing on the TSX.
