Simon Chan

Simon Chan practices in banking and finance law. He has particular experience in Australian and international syndicated and bilateral corporate finance transactions, acting for major financiers and corporate borrowers. He has also worked on numerous investment grade, emerging markets, debt restructuring and construction finance transactions. Prior to rejoining MinterEllison's Perth office in 2012, Mr Chan worked in the banking team of a leading international law firm in London. He was previously seconded to The Royal Bank of Scotland (London) and Westpac Institutional Bank (Perth).
