Shin Yamamoto

Shin Yamamoto joined Chandler Macleod Group in 2015 having spent the previous three years in International Staffing at Recruit Holdings as a key member of the Merger and Acquisition team in Tokyo and London. Prior to his appointment as chief executive of Chandler Macleod Group in 2017, Mr Yamamoto was responsible for improving business performance and ensuring strong governance as chief corporate administrative officer and initially supporting the implementation of Unit Management philosophy in his role as global liaison and integration manager. Results have demonstrated the success in transitioning the business from the former management strategy as a listed company, to a private company when acquired by Recruit with Mr Yamamoto playing a key role in the acquisition and transition of Chandler Macleod Group.
