Shaun Burgess is an experienced manager with over 20 years spent in strategic formulation, business planning, system analysis and operational audits.
Prior to becoming the general manager of PKKP Enterprises - a charitable organisation for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, Mr Burgess was the general manager of a large not-for-profit organisation, a small business owner, and training manager for a large Government Training Organisation subsequent to establishing Consultancy North.
He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Graduate Diploma in Business (Human Resource Management) from Edith Cowan University. He is certified in Quality Management principles, Human Resource Management and Work Health and Safety. Mr Burgess is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, an Associate member of the Institute of Community Directors Australia, a member of the Karratha & Districts Chamber of Commerce & Industry, a Justice of the Peace, and a member of the Royal Association of Justices Western Australia.
