Sharon Leong

Sharon Leong holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University of Technology and is a Certified Practising Accountant and Register Company Auditor. She was the executive director of a global mid-tier accounting firm and had earlier gained experience with a “Big 4” accounting firm in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Perth. Ms Leong has extensive auditing experience nationally and internationally. For more than 20 years, she has participated in the audit engagements for multinational and listed companies in Hong Kong, China and Australia. Ms Leong has experience in accounting, corporate governance, risk management and corporate compliance, and has been involved in initial public offerings in Australia and Hong Kong. She also speaks Mandarin and Cantonese, as well as reading and writing both Traditional and Simplified Chinese.
