Sharni Mwenda

Sharni Mwenda has experience in family law, having practised exclusively in the area since her admission as a lawyer. She takes instructions in all areas of family law including children’s matters, divorce, child support, spousal maintenance and property settlement. Ms Mwenda has extensive experience in complex property matters involving companies, trusts and businesses, as well as complex children’s matters including relocation and child abuse allegations. She regularly advises and represents clients in Family Court proceedings, and is also trained as an Independent Children’s Lawyer.
