Shane McBride has over 38 years of commercial management experience, with 30 years in the resources industry including 20 years in senior management roles. His experience has been gained in listed Australian public companies in the disciplines of corporate management, management and financial accounting, project development and mine site operations, corporate finance and company secretarial functions.
Mr McBride has been the managing director of an Australian copper producer listed on the ASX and has substantial experience as a public company director.
He holds a Bachelor of Business; is a Fellow of CPA Australia, Fellow of Chartered Secretaries Australia and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators; and a member of the Australian Institute of Directors.
