Shane Cross has over 30 years of experience in the assurance profession including external statutory audit assignments, due diligence reviews, financial accounting advisory and Independent Accountant reports.
Mr Cross specialises in providing assurance services to listed and private sector clients, providing advice in the interpretation and application of the relevant accounting standards and preparation of Independent Accountant Reports for initial public offerings on the ASX. He provides these services to clients across a wide range of industries including mining and energy, life sciences, education and not for profit sectors.
Mr Cross qualified as a Chartered Accountant in April 1994, after commencing in the profession in 1990 working for a national accounting firm. He became a partner of PKF Mack (now PKF Perth) in 2013.
Mr Cross is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ), a Fellow member of FINSIA, a member of the Governance Institute of Australia, and a Registered Company Auditor.
