Sergio Di Vincenzo founded Aspen Corporate in 1990 and has over 30 years of experience in the provision of accounting, taxation, business and corporate advisory services to a diverse range of businesses. The growth of the practice has allowed Mr Di Vencenzo to spend more time working with businesses in areas of Leading Indicator Development, strategic planning, growth strategies, business transformation, value adding, profit optimisation, mergers and acquisitions, business sales, business structures that deliver asset protection, minimise tax and provide flexibility, funding and grants.
Mr Di Vincenzo is a Certified Practising Accountant, a Chartered Tax Advisor and Fellow of Institute of Public Accountants. He has a Diploma in Accounting. He is also a member of Certified Practising Accountants, Tax Institute of Australia, National Institute of Accountants, and Tax Practitioners Board.
