Sean Ray

Sean Ray began his property career in the UK in 1987 as a residential real estate agent and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and Valuer in 2000. Since qualifying, he has specialised in the valuation of commercial property and businesses initially in the UK and then, from 2007 (after moving to Perth), within Western Australia. Mr Ray has extensive experience in valuing a wide range of non-specialised sectors comprising retail (including shopping centres), office (CBD and suburban), industrial, general commercial and residential assets, whilst experience of specialised assets includes retirement villages, aged care facilities, caravan parks, tourist resorts, hotels, pubs and airports. These valuations have been undertaken for owner occupiers, investors and lending institutions. Mr Ray also has specialised experience in properties throughout the North West region of Western Australia such as caravan parks, tourist resorts, transient workers accommodation centres, pubs, hotels and motels in Karratha, Port Hedland, Newman, Derby, Kununurra, Exmouth and Onslow. He was a member of the Western Australian Branch Committee for the RICS from 2008 to 2014.
