Sarah Leonard is an experienced construction lawyer and has assisted in the construction, oil and gas, and minerals industries to get projects off the ground.
She has acted on a number of Australia's largest mining and energy projects including for INPEX in relation to construction aspects of the Ichthys LNG Project (including the drafting and negotiation of the $15 billion Onshore EPC Contract) and for Roy Hill in relation to the construction aspects of the Roy Hill Project (including the negotiation of the main EPC Contract and the Mining Services Contract).
Ms Leonard also has experience in management of construction disputes and has acted in a number of dispute matters including international arbitrations, domestic arbitrations, court proceedings and payment adjudications.
