Sandra Rouco is an internationally experienced HR executive, with expertise in organisational development and cultural transformation. Prior to joining the Property Council of Australia, Ms Rouco worked in the health, research and policy sector where she was responsible for driving cultural transformation in her role as director of people, learning & culture at Cancer Council NSW. During her 7 years with Westpac Banking Corporation, she held numerous roles responsible for leadership, culture and talent. Ms Rouco has extensive experience in human resources consulting and working across a wide range of private and public sector client organisations in the areas of culture, leadership development and talent management. She holds a degree from Macquarie University, is a registered practising psychologist, and a certified professional member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (CAHRI).
